Epiphany Legacy Investment Mutual Fund Trust ( the”Fund”) is a private real estate investment trust (REIT) that specializes in acquiring underperforming and undervalued multi-residential and commercial properties in Western Canada’s Secondary Real Estate Market and increasing value through active management.
Epiphany Legacy Investment Mutual Fund Trust (the “Trust”), was formed to facilitate the growth of the real estate portfolio by combining investor capital with the consistent cash flow generated by the underlying properties.
Our goal is to grow the portfolio in a controlled and intentional manner, resulting in increased value to investors.

- Distributions begin to accrue on the 1st day the month following your purchase. Distributions are paid quarterly and will commence in the quarter following your purchase.
- The distributions can be provided as income or a return of capital when available. A redemption of units will be treated a disposition and subject to Capital Gains/Loss. Investors should consult their own tax advisors regarding the tax implications.

- Yes, units can be redeemed upon demand anytime after you purchase them. A redemption fee will apply for Class A Units only (for more details see the Offering Memorandum).
