Steve has played a key role in the growth and expansion of StoreWest Group of Companies, supporting the development and management of a growing national portfolio of Class A self-storage assets and commercial real estate developments. He has also been actively involved in scaling the Great White Car Wash platform, with a focus on operational excellence, customer experience, and long-term asset value creation. Over the course of his career, Steve has worked closely with institutional investors, family offices, investment advisors, and banking partners on acquisitions, development projects, financing strategies, and investor communications. Steve holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Athabasca University (2003).
